Sall graduated froom Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters in Painting in 2006 and holds a BFA froom Kansas City Art Institute.

Sall has received a Painting Fellowship from the Grant wood Art Colony at University of Iowa, a Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant, and a Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Fellowship. He has exhibited at Roswell Museum aand Art Center, NM; Dolphin Gallery, MO; Acunaa Hansen Gallery, CA; Saatchi Gallery, London, UK; ATM Gallery, NY; Regina Rex, NY. His work is held in the collections of the Daum Museum of Contemporary Art, Sedalia, Missouri, and Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, Overland Park, Kansas.
